By accessing and using the Danna platform (hereinafter, "the Service"), provided by Peval Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Danna is a software platform for comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Occupational risk management and safety assessments.
  • Digital documentation and OHS record archiving.
  • Safety indicator reports and analysis.
  • Staff training and certification management.
  • Incident and accident recording and tracking.
  • Audit and regulatory compliance tools.

3. Registration and User Account

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing truthful and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • Keeping your contact information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree to:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lima, Peru.
